Roasted Spaghetti Squash

Spaghetti Squash

  • 1 Whole Spaghetti Squash
  • 2 Table spoons of Coconut Oil
  1. Cut in half, place 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil in each half
  2. Salt and Pepper to taste
  3. Place in oven at 350’F for 40-50 minutes (time may vary)
  4. You will know when it is cooked when it shreds with a fork into spaghetti looking strands
  5. Shred both halves into bowl and it is ready to serve as a side dish (you can flavour with Pesto, Cheese, Butter, Brown Sugar etc.)
