Beef Flank Steak
- 1 Flank Steak (purchase at butcher) place in freezer zip lock bag
- 1/2 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/8 Cup Pure Maple Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Worchestershire
- 1/2 Cup Soya Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 4 Garlic Cloves minced
Place all ingredients into bag zip close. This should stay marinating for at lease 12 to 48 hours. The longer it sits the better flavour you get.
Once ready to BBQ, pull out of fridge to take chill off of the beef. Heat up BBQ to 400’F and grill like a steak. I cook to Medium Rare. By only flipping 4 times at approximately 2-3 minutes a flip. / \ flip over / \ again. Once ready place on plate and let rest for 10 minutes. Place on cutting board and slice thinly end to end (against the grain of the beef). We served ours with salad and spaghetti squash. Leftovers are great for beef and eggs too. Enjoy.
