Rotisserie Chicken 

  • 1-4 pound Chicken
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoon Papkria
  • Olive Oil

Combine spices in bowl with Olive Oil. Rub on chicken and place on Rotisserie rod.  2 hours on Low/Medium heat.   Internal Temperature of 180’F.
