New York Striploin

  • 1-10 oz Steak
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • Sprig of Thyme
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Heat up frying pan with butter until foamy.  Add Beef season with Salt and Pepper.  Place crushed garlic clove and Thyme in pan.  Fry for about 3 minutes until golden brown, flip to other side.  Finish in 350’F oven for 10 minutes.

Serve with your favourite sides.
