Maple wood Smoked Rotisserie Chicken
- 1 Roaster Chicken
- 1 Tablespoon of equal parts Paprika, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder (rubbed on chicken once on spit.
- 1 metal pan holding 1 inch of water ( catches juices and water keeps chicken moist.
- 3/4 cup soaked maple wood chips
Place on rotisserie attach to BBQ (read instructions of how to if necessary)
Turn outside burners on high heat until BBQ reaches 400’F.
Full small metal container with maple wood that has soaked in water for 15 minutes(drain)
Cook chicken until it reach an internal reading of 180’F. Depending on BBQ this will take approx. 90 minutes.
