Atlantic Salmon Steak
- Salmon Steaks
- Spices: Salt, Pepper, Lemon Juice, Cayenne, Dill
- 1 Tablespoon of Butter
Heat up frying pan. Melt butter until white foam bubbles. Place seasoned steaks into pan. Squeeze Lemon Juice on them. Searing takes approx 3 minutes per side (on a 1.5 inch steak). Place steaks on side with skin crisp up 1-2 minutes– you will have to hold up with a fork or tongs.
Serve with favourite sides. Great cold next day for a quick work lunch.
