Waffles

  • 1 3/4 Cup All purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Milk
  • 3 Whole Eggs
  • 4 Tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla

Mix all dry together, then add in the mixed together wet ingredients.  It will only take a couple whisks to combine all of the mixture.  It should have a consistency of pebbles.

Place in waffle iron (mine has levels 1-5).  I put mine on 4 for a crispier waffle.

You can top with fruit, syrup, berries, whipped cream etc.  we have these for dinner sometimes too.
