Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups of Graham Cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of melted salted butter

Mix in a bowl together until form ball in hand.  Place into pie pan, press down crumbs with fingers to make crust.  Bake at 350′ F for 8 minutes.  Pull out of oven and let cool.

Filling

  • 2-300ml cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 6 Limes (zested and juiced)
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream

Mix together in bowl, pour into crust.  Bake in oven for 6-8 minutes at 350’F.  Make sure top does not brown.  Refridgerate for a minimum of 4 hours, overnight is preferred.  Garnish with whipped cream and a slice of lime.
