  • 1 1/2 cup of flour
  • 3 Tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons of melted butter
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • Splash of Vanilla

Mix dry together, slowly incorporate wet.  Fry in pan until bubbly edges form, flip and serve.

To keep warm place in 170’F oven.
