Baby Back Ribs
- 1 Rack of Baby Back Ribs
- 2 Cloves of Garlic (sliced in half)
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 Tablespoon of Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon of Salt
- 1 Tablespoon of Pepper
- 1 white onion sliced into quarters (in there for flavour)
- 1.5 Litres of Water or Stock (Chicken/Beef or Vegetable will work)
Take all above ingredients and place into le Creuset or crock pot and let cook on low for 3-4 hours (tender but not falling apart). Once done, take out and rest on plate. Heat up and prep BBQ, place rack of Ribs facing up and coat with your favourite BBQ Sauce (I cheated today and used The Keg BBQ sauce).
Enjoy these mouth watering, finger licking…no left over Baby Back Ribs. Little Miss loved them and ate her whole portion.
