350’ for approx. 30  minutes on a bake sheet


  • 2 Yukon Gold Potatoes (mashed and cooled)
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 5 Cups grated Old Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoon of Mayo
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of Chili Flakes
  • ½ Cup of Bread Crumbs or Panko


Mix all items into bowl, until all incorporated. Form into 1-1.5” balls and roll in an additional 1 cup of bread crumbs.  Place on bake sheet and pop into pre-heated ovencrumbs.  Place on bake sheet and pop into pre-heated oven.

These would be okay to serve to your littles who are a bit confident with some solids and have their graspers
