Puff Pastry Apple Tart

Ingredients

2 Apples peeled and sliced ( I used Gala)

1 block of plain cream cheese

1 tablespoon of cinnamon

1/2 Tablespoon of nutmeg

1/4 brown sugar

2 sheets of Puff Pastry (frozen)

Directions

Peel and slice Apple place in a bowl with a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg, 2 tablespoon of brown sugar. Place cream cheese in bowl, add remaining spices and brown sugar. Place puff on a greased bake sheet (frozen). Spread cream cheese on puff until even. Place second puff sheet on top, add sliced apples evenly to top of puff. Place in oven 350′. My oven took 29 minutes. Let cool, sprinkle with icing sugar, cut and enjoy.
